i noticed the bathroom fixtures could use some updating. the shower could have been cleaner.

My room, a double or twin room balcony, had an unexpected balcony. i could see the sagrada família at the end of the street, awesome! the shower in the bathroom rocks. Its one of the best i had. so clean!
the ac was not the best thing, barely working, even though it is not hot!

the staff was very generous and respectful. they were always willing to help me with my needs. the location was also perfect for exploring. it was easy to get to by metro from the airport.
the bathroom door did not close properly. it was a push door with no closing handle that functioned well. the breakfast banquettes had crumbs in the folds. i found this detracted from the experience.

the breakfast service WAS great! a great range of food was available. The reception team was also helpful.
The safe didn't work. We also had ants in our room, sadly staff didn't deal with it proactively. The hotel doesn't have ANY nice communal areas. It was just a room.
